Before retraining as a coach, I trained as a lawyer in Italy and later built my career in the startup world, working in the tech sector across business development, operations, and post-merger integration project management. I supported organisations through periods of growth, change, and transformation, working closely with individuals to problem-solve, achieve personal objectives and think bigger. Now, this experience deeply informs the structured and practical way I coach with my clients.
